Master planning. How are they going to make an addition too the compound? |
Back
up to go forward. Get the client and decision makers to look at the big
picture from 10 thousand feet up. We looked at a variety to locations
for the auditorium location. A site plan was developed which assessed
multiple location where the auditorium could go. Our facilitation and
process ensured the correct group solution. |

Solution
|
| To
add a 7500 sq. foot auditorium Question we ask ourselves: How people use
the existing building. The technical challenge is for us to plop a 7500
sq. foot auditorium and for it to coexist with the existing building infrastructure.
There are height restrictions and zoning concerns. There are vehicular
and people traffic circulation issues where waist and service to the building
must be addressed. Everything must be objectively analyzed. |
The
architecture team made available site plans detailing possible location
solutions to the team. We scientifically reduced the decision to one final
location for the 7500 sq. foot auditorium. For it to coexist with the
existing building infrastructure. |

Solution |
| The
neighboring community had concerns that the new construction would stand
out over the existing building infrastructure like a ãsore thumb. |
Physical
and digital imaging combined with 3 dimensional computer renderings helped
to walk the neighboring community through the proposed design solution.
To dispel fears that the new construction might be a sore thumb, the renderings
were simply used to persuade and dispel any of those concerns. |
